Once your training and nutrition plans are ready, you’ll download our mobile app and access your plans through it. Everything will be laid out for you. All you have to do is just follow through.

Support

Stay on track with ongoing help & support from your coach

Your coach will check in with you at least once per week to support and motivate you and to answer all your questions. They will also make adjustments to your training and nutrition plans as you progress.

Yep! Our training and nutrition plans are made from scratch for each and every one of our clients and they take into account, among other things, your training experience and current fitness level.

Yes. In fact, our in-person training clientele is almost equally split between male and female! Our plans are tailored to your needs, which means that your gender will be taken into account.

Nope. We design both at-the-gym and at-home training plans.

If you have a gym membership (or you plan to join a gym), we’ll build your training plan so that it can be performed with the equipment available at your gym.

Similarly, if you plan to work out at home, we’ll build your workout plan so that it can be performed with whatever equipment you have available. Bear in mind that we may encourage you to make a small investment in a pair of dumbbells, a pull-up bar, etc, if we think that this will be of significant help to you in reaching your goals.

Depending on the specifics of the injury, we will design a training plan which will limit or avoid placing extra stress to the affected area.

However, our plans are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease or injury. If you do have an injury, we recommend that you visit an orthopedist and get cleared for exercise before signing up with us.

No. Myolean Fitness has invested in the training app so that you don’t have to.

All you need to do is download the app through the link we’ll send you in the welcome email and go through the short and easy setup process.

Absolutely! Nutrition is an integral part of our plans and is vital to achieving your fitness goals. Depending on your needs and preferences, we may provide one or any combination of the following:

  • A comprehensive personalized 2-day sample meal plan (one workout and one non-workout day) which takes into account your current body composition, metabolic rate, physical activity levels, personal food and meal timing preferences, etc.
  • Tips and support to help you create better eating habits.
  • Specific recommendations regarding calorie and macronutrient targets to follow, including help with food selection, portion control, meal timing, and so on.

Unfortunately, dishonest fitness professionals and internet weight loss scams promise extreme results in ridiculous time frames and have created unrealistic expectations for everyone.

The truth is that most people who start an exercise and nutrition regimen won’t notice significant improvements in their physique until about 2 months into it. That, of course, will depend, among other things, on your genetic makeup, current fitness level, past training experience and adherence to the exercise and nutrition program.

Our best advice is to try to focus on short term behaviors and goals such as not missing workout sessions, eating veggies and protein with every meal, getting at least 7 hours of sleep every night, and so on. If you do that, then the results will take care of themselves.

Of course! The training app works on both Apple and Android devices and is available for download from the Apple iTunes store and Android Google Play.

As soon as your training plan is ready, we’ll send you a link to download the app and log into your account.

That’s entirely up to you. We have the following options for enrollment to our online training and nutrition coaching:

  • Sign up for 1 month
  • Sign up for 3 months
  • Sign up for 6 months

The longer you sign up for, the lower the relative cost per month will be.

Once per week, your coach will email you to ask how everything went with your workouts and diet, to give you specific recommendations for the week ahead, and to make modifications to your plans where appropriate. In your response, you will have the chance to ask as many questions as you’d like, which your coach will answer within the following couple of days.

You will also be able to instantly message your coach through the training app at any time. Please note that, although you may get a response within a couple of hours, it may take your coach up to 24 hours to respond because of time differences.

We generally recommend that you note down any questions you may have and ask them during your weekly email communication. This way, your coach will be able to put more time and detail into their answers than if they were to reply on their phone through the app. Plus, you’ll have all your questions and answers gathered in one place for future reference.

Yes! You’ll be logging all of your workouts in your account in the mobile training app (or using a computer if you prefer). This way, both you and your trainer will be able to see exactly what you did for each workout – and how you are progressing week by week.

To make sure you’re executing all of the exercises in your workout plan correctly, we’ll provide you with detailed instructions and demonstration videos for each exercise. You’ll be able to access these through the mobile app or by logging into your account using the computer.

If, however, you still have even the slightest doubt about your form on any exercise, you can record videos of yourself doing the exercise and send these along to your trainer to review your form and offer their feedback on what you should improve.

Within 24 business hours after you join, we’ll email you with your welcome package and data collection form. As soon as you complete and return all necessary documents and forms, it generally takes us a maximum of 5 business days (but usually much sooner) to email you again with your mobile app link (in which you’ll find your training plan).
